«PHINI Tavern» also known as «The tavern of Avgoustis» which is the name of the owner. «Phini Tavern» is located in the center of the village just fifty meters from the village Central square.

 

Location

A pleasant and comfortable place. Reminiscent of an old mansion of the Cypriot countryside. All the decorations have been chosen with delicate taste while they remind you the Cyprus of old days. There is nowhere the heavy style of folk art. Wood, clay bricks and mountain stone predominate. Comfortable seating and a warm welcome from Avgoustis (the host) who promises to satisfy your every culinary desire.

 

The food

Rich appetizers with starters, salads, cold and hot dishes. We suggest out the steak, and the Phini trout. Of course, a tavern never lacks of souvlaki (chicken/pork), souvla, kleftiko and all the accompanying salads!

 

The sweets

Seasonal fruits, Phini Delighs, Phini sweets and Greek coffee are served.

 

The Music

Just the sounds of the cutlery and if that's not enough... there will be some lounge music playing in the background. For the very lucky ones during spring time you might enjoy your lunch or dinner in the company of the nightingales singing.

 

Wine

Almost all Cypriot wines and several foreign ones, as well as Phini village traditional wine.
